Of the four gospel accounts of the resurrection, Mark’s is by far the strangest. Its ending feels incomplete, like it was lost somewhere along the way. But it is also possible that Mark’s unique way of telling the story leaves the door wide open for us to take our place in the ongoing story of the gospel.
